HR Management

| The Name field on the HR Position Card page supports up to 50 characters, while the Job Title field on the Employee Card page supports only 30 characters. This difference causes job titles to be truncated on the Employee Card page. It is expected that both fields support up to 50 characters. |
Time Entry

| When time entries are loaded into the compensation journal for employees with multiple assignment allocations, Sparkrock Impact may create duplicate allocation lines with the same Account Set, G/L Account, and dimensions. This duplication causes payroll processing errors and requires manual correction before posting to the general ledger. |

| When an HR pay code has a fixed dimension mapping defined, loading that earning into the compensation journal can create duplicate allocation lines. If the employee’s assignment includes multiple allocation lines, Sparkrock Impact copies the assignment allocation structure even though the dimension mapping results in the same G/L Account and dimensions for each line. This behavior produces multiple identical allocation lines instead of a single summarized line, which can cause downstream payroll and posting issues. |
