Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Finance and Procurement
| Description | |
|---|---|
| On the Recurring General Journals page, the Details field is hidden by default and is not editable. As a result, users are unable to enter details on recurring general journal lines, and this information is not carried through to the resulting General Ledger (G/L) entries when the journal is posted. |
|
| On the General Ledger Entries page, attachments that are associated with expense claims do not appear for purchase invoices when the attachments are added to individual expense lines. Only attachments that are added in the Documents FactBox of a purchase invoice appear. This problem prevents users from viewing all supporting documentation for expense-related transactions on the General Ledger Entries page. |
|
| If a user other than the creator of a purchase order or an approval administrator edits a purchase order, there is no way for that user to send the purchase order for approval. To learn more, go to Different users can send edited purchase orders for approval. |
|
| When a payment request is created in mySparkrock, Sparkrock Impact does not populate dimension values correctly for dimensions where the Hide on Finance Requests checkbox is selected on the Dimensions page. As a result of this API-related problem, dimension values that are included in the selected account set are missing from the payment request in Sparkrock Impact. |
|
| On the Payment Request page in mySparkrock, security filters are not applied as expected due to an API-related problem. Users who have security filters configured can see all payment request data, even when the data does not meet the defined filter criteria. |
HR Management
| Description | |
|---|---|
| In preparation for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 2026 release wave 1, a change is required to prevent an employee record from not being found during role center validation under specific conditions. |
Payroll Administration
| Description | |
|---|---|
| Sparkrock Impact does not share W2 data with mySparkrock as expected due to an API-related problem when Use Multi-Company is turned off on the Payroll Setup page and Workers Comp. Code is blank on the Payroll Ledger Entries page. |
