| The APIs that share data between Sparkrock Impact and mySparkrock do not restrict the creation, update, or deletion of attachments on expense claim lines when the claim has a Status other than Open. This behavior creates an audit risk because attachments can be modified after the claim has progressed beyond the editable stage. |

| On purchase orders in mySparkrock, unexpected line information may appear because the Sparkrock Impact API that shares purchase receiving data does apply the required filters correctly. As a result, records may be returned for purchase orders that do not have a Status of Released or that have no outstanding quantity. |
HR Management
