Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.

The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Finance and Procurement

| When you import journal lines from Excel into a bank deposit using the Import From Excel To Deposits page, Sparkrock Impact incorrectly ignores the dimension values that are specified in the import file when the row includes an Account Set Code. To resolve this problem, dimension values that are specified in the import file are now imported. If no dimension values are specified in the import file, Sparkrock Impact automatically populates the dimensions values on the bank deposit based on the default values that are set up for the account set. |

| On the Budget page, when you select Copy Budget, Sparkrock Impact does not copy Account Set Code data to the new G/L budget entries. |

| When a finance document is fully approved, Sparkrock Impact sends a notification email to the user who created the document. When the user selects the link in the email, the Requests to Approve page may be blank. |

| On the Cash Receipts page, when you select multiple receipts, and then try to print the receipts using Print Receipt, Sparkrock Impact prints only one receipt instead of all selected receipts. |

| In preparation for update 28.0 for Business Central 2026 release wave 1, an internal system change is required. This change does not involve any user interface changes. |
HR Management

| When you process a transfer HR request to transfer an employee to a new position, Sparkrock Impact incorrectly updates the Benefit Eligibility Date even when the employee already has the same benefits in their original position. As a result, benefit eligibility dates are inaccurate, which may affect reporting. To resolve this problem, the Benefit Eligibility Date and Effective Date for transfer HR requests are now derived from the employee's existing benefit record. |

| On the Employees page, the Address and Address 2 fields are not available as options when you use the personalization feature to add fields. |

| In preparation for update 28.0 for Business Central 2026 release wave 1, internal system changes are required. These changes do not involve any user interface changes. |
Scheduling
| Description | |

| When a user selects Make Vacant for a shift in mySparkrock, Sparkrock Impact does not clear the existing bids and offers for that shift. As a result, if the shift is offered again to the same employees, the employees receive an error when they try to accept the offer. |
