Set up the connection to Sparkrock EdHRP

On the HRP Connector Setup page, you can specify the connection details that Sparkrock Finance uses to sync payroll accounts to Sparkrock EdHRP.

To set up the connection to Sparkrock EdHRP

1. Select Search (Alt+Q) , enter hrp connector setup, and then select the related link.

   The HRP Connector Setup page opens.

2. In Ed-HRP Endpoint URL, specify the Sparkrock EdHRP endpoint URL.

3. In Token Endpoint, specify the Sparkrock EdHRP token endpoint URL.

4. In User Name, specify the user name for the connection.

5. In Password, specify the password for the connection.

6. Select Test Connection.

   If the connection is successful, Connection Status displays Connected. If the connection is not successful, Connection Status displays Not Connected. Last Connection Test UTC displays the date and time of the connection test.

7. To sync payroll accounts to Sparkrock EdHRP, select the Enabled checkbox.

   You must specify values for Ed-HRP Endpoint URL, Token Endpoint, User Name, and Password before you can select Enabled. When Enabled is selected, Ed-HRP Endpoint URL, Token Endpoint, User Name, and Password cannot be edited. When Enabled is clear, those fields can be edited.

Permissions

The SRF HRP CONN, SETUP permission set includes read, insert, and modify permission access to the HRP Connector Setup page, for administrators who manage the connection to Sparkrock EdHRP.

The Sparkrock Finance Department Manager permission set includes read-only access to the HRP Connector Setup page.
