Set up a Trakstar ATS integration
Trakstar is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that organizations use to manage job postings and candidate hiring. To use the Trakstar ATS integration in Sparkrock Impact, you must configure the connection on the Trakstar Setup page.
To configure the Trakstar integration, you must have the SRW TRAKSTAR, SETUP permission set assigned to your user account. Users with the SRW HR BASIC permission set can view Trakstar setup information but cannot make changes.
To set up a Trakstar ATS integration
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter trakstar setup, and then choose the related link.The Trakstar Setup page opens.
In Trakstar Base URL, specify the base URL for your Trakstar account.
In Trakstar API Key, specify the API key for your Trakstar account.
The API key is encrypted and stored securely.
On the action bar, select Test Connection.
Sparkrock Impact attempts to connect to Trakstar using the credentials that you specified. The Connection Status and Last Connection Test fields are updated to reflect the result.
The integration cannot be turned on until a successful connection test has been completed.
Turn on Enabled to turn on the integration.

Note:
If you update the Trakstar Base URL or Trakstar API Key after the integration has been set up, the Connection Status is automatically reset to Not Connected and the Last Connection Test value is cleared. You must run a successful connection test again before you can turn the integration back on.
