Set up a Trakstar Perform integration
Trakstar Perform is a performance management application that organizations use to manage employee reviews. To use the Trakstar Perform integration in Sparkrock Impact, you must configure the connection on the Trakstar Perform Setup page.
Permissions
To configure the Trakstar Perform integration, you must have the SRW TRAKSTAR PERFORM, SETUP permission set assigned to your user account.
Before you begin
Job titles in Sparkrock Impact map to review templates in Trakstar Perform, and the names must match exactly. Before you enable the integration, review your job titles alongside the review templates that are configured in Trakstar Perform.
The review template match applies in two situations:
- When an employee's job title changes and the integration syncs the updated review template to Trakstar Perform. If no matching review template exists, the sync completes but the employee's review template in Trakstar Perform is left blank.
- When an employee's Trakstar Perform account is created using Create in Trakstar Perform. If no matching review template exists, the account creation does not go through.
