Payroll Administration
W2 PDF page improvements
On the Tax Forms page in mySparkrock, when you print or download a W2, the generated PDF now contains only the pages that are required for employee use. Previously, the PDF contained additional pages that were not relevant to employees. The number of pages in the generated PDF may vary depending on how Box 14 is configured for your organization.

To generate the reduced-page PDF, the following settings must be configured on the W2 Report page in Sparkrock Impact:
- On the Options FastTab, W2 Format to Print is set to Copy B/Copy C/Copy 2 with Instructions.
- On the Pages to Print FastTab, Notice to Employee is turned on.
Problem that is resolved in this update
